Are children allowed to attend?
Absolutely! We'd love for the little ones to be part of our special day. This includes the reception, where there will be plenty of activities for them.
What about parking at the ceremony?
There are pleny of options -- and they're all free! The primary parking option for all guests will be the Danforth University Center Parking Garage located at 6475 Forsyth Blvd. Guests will also be allowed to park in the adjacent Simon Hall parking lot.
So, there's no reception following the ceremony?
Nope, no reception. Following the ceremony, we'll be having an intimate dinner with family. But we're excited to see all of you at the reception on October 24. We promise it'll be worth the wait!
What about gifts? Where are you registered?
If guests wish to contribute to our special day with a gift, we're asking that they contribute to our honeymoon fund.
Any accommodations for after the reception?
The reception should conclude around 4:30 in the afternoon, but if you'd like to spend the night in Defiance, there are a variety of hotel and Airbnb options in the area.
Do we need to bring anything to the reception?
We'll have some sandwiches, sides, desserts, and some other snacks -- but guests are encouraged to bring anything they prefer to eat or drink. Think of it as one huge backyard party!
